Kathryn Rabatsky is an experienced professional in the events and conferences sector, currently serving as Senior Manager of Conferences & Events at the Retail Industry Leaders Association (RILA) since April 2015. In this role, Kathryn assists in committee coordination, program development, and logistics for various conferences and virtual events, acting as a key contact for multiple conference steering committees. Prior to this position, Kathryn honed skills in exhibitor and sponsor relations, and gained experience through roles including Event Assistant at BRAVO! Events by Design, Production Assistant at Group Incorporated, and Event Planning and Production Assistant Intern at Premiere Events. Kathryn holds a Bachelor of Science in Sport and Event Management from Elon University and has also studied at University College Dublin.
