David Cooper

David Cooper is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law. Currently serving as General Counsel at Retail Planning Corporation since April 2022, David previously held the position of Business Lawyer at Kitchens Kelley Gaynes, P.C. from July 1996 to April 2022. Educationally, David holds a Juris Doctor from Duke University School of Law, completed between 1983 and 1986, and a Bachelor of Arts degree from The University of Texas at Austin, earned from 1978 to 1982.
