Kees-Jan van Puffelen

Kees-Jan van Puffelen is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in software quality assurance and technical marketing. Currently serving as an SQA Engineer and formerly as a Senior Support Engineer at Retail Pro International, LLC since March 2006, Kees-Jan has honed expertise in software development and customer support. Prior experience includes a role as a Technical Marketing Engineer at Hewlett-Packard from January 1994 to June 2005. Kees-Jan holds a Master's degree in Scandinavian Linguistics, specializing in Swedish and Danish, from the University of Amsterdam, completed between 1986 and 1992.
