Kevin Connor has a diverse work experience in the retail industry. Kevin started their career in 1996 as a Technical Support Manager at RetailTechnologies International, where they managed a team of support engineers globally. From 1999 to 2002, they served as an Implementation Project Manager, engaging with high-profile retailers to plan and deliver retail systems on time and on budget.
In 2002, Kevin joined Island Pacific as a User Experience/Software Design professional, and then moved to Retail Pro Inc. in 2006 as a Product Manager, overseeing technical aspects of product development until 2009.
Since 2009, they have been working at Retail Pro International, LLC, progressively moving up the ranks from Director of Product Management to Director of Product Strategy and currently serving as the Vice President of Product Management. In this role, Kevin provides leadership and guidance for the global product scope, collaborating with the executive leadership team and other stakeholders to develop product vision and strategy.
