Lena Guillaumet

Lena Guillaumet, currently serving as Responsable formation & Adjointe Responsable RH Europe at Retail Renault Group since September 2012, oversees the definition and implementation of training policies across the organization. Responsibilities include developing training plans, managing relationships with external training providers, and leading a formation team. Previously, Lena held roles such as Responsable Ressources Humaines, managing recruitment, disciplinary measures, social relations, and career development for approximately 600 employees. Additional experience includes managing cadre careers and training at Renault. Academically, Lena holds a Master 2 in Human Resource Development and a Master 1 in Management from the University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne, alongside a DUT in Business Management from IUT de Sceaux.
