Rachel Yates

Rachel Yates is an accomplished Human Resources professional with extensive experience in managing HR functions across various organizations. Currently serving as the Human Resources Director and Head of Human Resources at Renault Retail Group since February 2017, Rachel previously held the role of Human Resources Manager at Busch UK from August 2012 to February 2017, overseeing HR for all UK facilities. Prior experience includes serving as a Human Resources Business Partner at Perkins Engines from November 1997 to August 2012. Rachel Yates holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resource Management from Wolverhampton University and is currently pursuing further education through the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD).
