César Quezada

César Quezada has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. César began their career at IKUSI in 2007, where they worked as a Project Planner and Management until 2013. Following this, they worked at the Secretaría de Relaciones Exteriores de México from 2013 to 2021, serving in the Foreign Service with a focus on IT and Energy Affairs. In 2022, they joined Retail Rocket LATAM as a Country Manager, a position they held until 2023. Currently, César is self-employed as a Business Manager.

César Quezada has pursued a Master's degree in Renewable Energy from Universidad Europea, which they completed between 2019 and 2021. Prior to that, they obtained a degree in Ingeniería de sistemas from Universidad del Valle de México, where they studied from 2003 to 2007. Additionally, they have taken courses in International Relations and National Security Studies at DiploFoundation, although specific dates for these studies are not provided.
