Jaimy Brugman has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. They began their career at E-Care Repair Services B.V. as a Callcentre and Back Office Employee, where they handled customer appointments and acted as a liaison between stores and manufacturers. After that, Jaimy worked as a Sales and Service Employee at TMS (Topmerk schoenen) and Ola Happiness Station, gaining sales and customer service skills.
Jaimy then transitioned to marketing roles, starting as a Marketing Intern at Dinnerware & Co., followed by a Marketing Internship at Land Growers Chile.
In 2015, Jaimy joined IKEA Group as a Sales Employee in the kitchen department. They then moved on to Land Growers Chile as an International Sales Executive, managing international client relationships.
After their time at Land Growers Chile, Jaimy worked at ONVZ as a Customer Service Representative, handling customer inquiries and concerns.
Currently, Jaimy is employed at Retail Rocket as a Customer Success Manager, responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and managing client accounts.
Jaimy Brugman's education history includes a Bachelor of Commerce degree in International Business and Languages from HU University of Applied Sciences Utrecht (Hogeschool Utrecht), which took place from 2012 to 2016. In 2014 to 2015, Jaimy also studied at Universidad Francisco de Vitoria, focusing on ADE (Administración y Dirección de Empresas) and Marketing. Prior to these university studies, Jaimy attended Candea College from 2005 to 2011, achieving a VWO diploma in the field of Economie en Maatschappij (Economics and Society). Moreover, Jaimy has obtained additional certifications in Cloud Computing from Google Actívate in July 2020, and in Google Analytics for Beginners from Google Analytics Academy in August 2020.
