Sergei Lobov has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over two decades. Sergei began their career as a Sales Manager at IDS Scheer in Russia from 1998 to 2001. Sergei then joined Hewlett-Packard, where they held various roles, including Country Manager of HP Software and Enterprise Servers and Storages Business Unit Manager in CIS. During their time at HP, Sergei successfully managed cross-industry sales, introduced new solutions to the Russian market, and achieved impressive business performance.

In 2010, Sergei joined SAS as a Sales Director for a year before moving to Microsoft as the Director of Financial Sector and Insurance Unit. At Microsoft, they excelled in managing sales and business development in the financial industry, overseeing vertical sales, and leading a team of sales and marketing specialists.

From 2012 to 2014, Sergei served as the Director of the Financial Sector and Insurance Division at NVision Group, where they achieved over 100% profitability targets and successfully set up and managed a new division in the largest Russian system integrator.

Sergei then joined Pegasystems, first as the Sales Director for Russia and CIS and later as the General Director of Pegasystems Russia. During their tenure, Sergei drove digital transformation and customer engagement automation in leading Russian organizations through the deployment of unique technologies such as BPM, Case Management, AI, Robotics, and modern UI.

Prior to their current position, Sergei worked as the Chief Sales Officer for Russia, CIS, and Mongolia at Ingenico Group, where they made significant contributions to sales growth and revenue generation.

Currently, Sergei Lobov holds the position of Chief Sales Officer (CSO) - Deputy CEO at "1" since 2021, overseeing a revenue of 77 billion RUR (1.26 billion EUR) in 2021, with significant net revenue growth.

In November 2022, Sergei is set to join Retail Rocket as the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO), where they will utilize their extensive experience to drive revenue growth and strategic sales initiatives.

Sergei Lobov attended Moscow State University of Service from 1996 to 2001, where they obtained a Master's degree in Economics. Additionally, they attended 4th school, although the specific dates, degree, and field of study are unknown.
