Valeria Jiron

Valeria Jiron has a strong background in customer service and management roles, having worked at Retail Rocket, Wenalyze, Trax Retail, and Sitel. With experience managing teams ranging from 20 to 50 people, Valeria focuses on KPIs and reports to ensure the best customer service delivery. Valeria is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Customer Experience, Retail, and E-commerce at Universitat de Barcelona, building on their previous degrees in Talent Management and Law.
