Jenny McElhany, SPHR

Jenny McElhany, a SPHR-certified professional, has a diverse work experience in human resources and payroll management. Jenny started their career in 1996 as an Area Bookkeeper at Houlihan's Restaurants, Inc. and later became a Sr Payroll Specialist. In 2002, they transitioned to Major Brands, where they served as a Payroll Manager for two years before becoming a Human Resources Manager for the next six years. In 2010, they joined Encompass Consulting Group, LLC as a Director of Human Resources and remained in that role until 2015. After that, they worked at Saving Sight as a Human Resources Manager from 2016 to 2017. Currently, they are employed as a Human Resources Manager at Retail Success since November 2017.
