Jeremy Shirvan is an experienced IT professional and service manager with a strong background in project management and service delivery. Currently serving as Service Desk Manager and Service Delivery Manager at Retail Tech, Inc. since November 2017, Jeremy ensures timely and high-quality service for clients. In addition, Jeremy holds the position of Project Manager at CompuCall OnSite Solutions, LLC, and has been the President and Owner of CompuCall OnSite Solutions since 2009. Previous roles include Project Manager at Swain Techs and vCIO for a managed services provider. Jeremy also possesses IT vocational certifications, including MCP, A+, and Net+, from the Internetwork Learning Institute and has pursued further education at the University of Maryland Global Campus since 2007.
