Richard Last is a seasoned professional with expansive experience in retail and advisory roles. As Founding Partner at Axcelora since January 2015, Richard has focused on enhancing communication with retail decision makers. Concurrently, Richard serves on the Advisory Board for Evergreen Trading and holds multiple positions in academia, including Chair of the Advancement Board, CMHT at the University of North Texas, and Advisory Board Member for Fashion Merchandising and Management at Long Island University. Richard also contributes as a Strategic Advisor at SafeRock, an analytics and strategy firm, and has held influential roles such as Advisory Board Member at Retail TouchPoints and Editorial Board Member at Total Retail. Richard boasts a longstanding leadership role as Chairman Emeritus of Shop.org and has been a member of the Board of Directors for Commercial Connect, LLC. Additionally, Richard was a Senior Partner at A Sweet Goodbye from July 2020 to December 2022. Educationally, Richard holds a Master of Science in Industrial Psychology from Long Island University and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Brooklyn College.
