Richard Boland

Richard Boland serves as the CEO of retailTRUST, a significant trade charity for the retail sector, focusing on wellness and evolving towards a social enterprise model since November 2012. Previously, Richard held the role of Director at Voyager Alliance Credit Union, contributing to the merger that created the UK's largest credit union. With a wealth of experience across various leadership positions, Richard has served on advisory boards and in senior roles for notable companies, including E-nova Technologies, Sony Group, and Royal Doulton PLC. Richard's academic background includes a BA in English Language & Literature and a degree in General International Economic History from The University of Manchester.
