Gonzalo Almada

Gonzalo Almada has over 20 years of experience in the luxury retail industry. Gonzalo began their career in 1998 as Country Manager for Swarovski Uruguay, where they were responsible for taking over the business from a local partner and setting up its own structure. In 2000, they were promoted to Marketing and Sales Manager for Swarovski Argentina, where they developed and implemented a turnaround strategy to reposition the brand in the market. In 2004, they were promoted to General Manager for Swarovski Argentina, assuming primary responsibility for sales, marketing, merchandising, distribution logistics, and profitability. In 2012, they moved to Tiffany & Co. as Director of Trade for Latin America and the Caribbean, where they were responsible for developing and implementing the master distribution plan. In 2013, they joined Asvat Group as Vice President of Operations and Business Development, specializing in luxury retail. In 2014, they moved to RetailApp as Vice President of Business Development, where they drove business performance through people's empowerment.

Gonzalo Almada completed a Marketing Analyst degree from the Universidad de la República between 1994 and 1997. Gonzalo then went on to complete an Accounting Specialization from Universidad de Belgrano between 2001 and 2004.
