Nick Dilworth is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in legal, risk, and compliance roles within the financial services sector. Currently serving as Managing Director for Legal, Risk and Compliance at RetailBook since February 2025, Nick also holds the position of Deputy Chair for the Investor Access to Regulated Bonds Working Group, which advocates for improvements in UK Debt Capital Markets. Prior roles include Managing Director of Compliance and Risk at PrimaryBid, Head of Compliance at Winterflood Securities, and Head of Internal Audit for Capital Markets at Close Brothers. With a strong foundation in auditing and regulatory assurance from their time at Deloitte and the London Stock Exchange Group, Nick has been involved in various strategic initiatives, including serving as Chair of the Board of Trustees for ADD-vance, a charity focused on supporting families affected by ADHD and Autism. Nick Dilworth is a Chartered Accountant with a BSc in Management & Systems from City St George's, University of London.
