Michelle Soriano

Michelle Soriano started their work experience in 2004 as a Senior Project Manager at Datasite. Michelle later moved into the role of Solutions Engineer, where they provided technical pre-sales support for the EMEA and APAC businesses. In 2017, they became the Sales Enablement Manager for EMEA at Datasite.

In 2020, Michelle joined Twilio Inc. as a Sales Enablement Business Partner for EMEA. Michelle held this role until June 2022.

Currently, they work at RetailNext as a Sales Enablement Lead, a position they started in July 2022.

Michelle Soriano obtained a Diploma Specialising in 3D Animation from The Animation School in 2002-2003. In 2001, they earned a Post Graduate Diploma Specialising in Advance Multimedia from Concept Interactive, and in 2000, they obtained a Diploma Specialising in DTP and Multimedia from the same institution. Michelle also holds various certifications in fields such as Adult Learning, Collaborative Relationships, Project Management, Sales Enablement, Sales Landscape, Sales Personas, and Facilitation Excellence. These certifications were obtained in 2022 from institutions like Sales Enablement PRO and Twilio.
