Syed Ovais Uddin Jalal

Syed Ovais Uddin Jalal currently serves as the Head of People at Retailo Technologies since February 2022 and holds a senior role in managing People agendas across Global Markets, including the implementation of HRIS. As a Co-Founder of Aetheron HR, Syed focuses on delivering innovative BPO and HR solutions to enhance business operations. Previously, Syed was a Co-Founder at Kaaraya Technologies Pvt. Ltd. and the Founder of Jalal Spices. With extensive experience at HRSG - Innovative Business Solutions from July 2016 to February 2022, Syed held various managerial roles, emphasizing HR service delivery, leadership coaching, and risk management. Syed began the career journey through roles including HR intern positions at Pfizer and GlaxoSmithKline. Educational qualifications include a Certified program in People Analytics from The Wharton School, an MBA from the Institute of Business Administration, and a Master's in Public Administration from Karachi University.
