Emmanuel Duffaut

Emmanuel Duffaut currently serves as the Chief Sustainability Officer at Retal since March 2018, bringing extensive experience in sustainability and corporate social responsibility. Prior roles include Sustainability and CSR Manager at Ebro Foods S.A. from June 2010 to March 2018, where responsibilities focused on the rice division and environmental compliance. Prior to that, Emmanuel held positions as Production Manager and R&D Engineer at Azucarera Ebro from November 2003 to June 2010, and as an R&D Engineer at the Sugar Processing Research Institute from December 1999 to November 2003. Emmanuel Duffaut earned a Licenciado Superior degree in Food Science and the food industry from Université de Bordeaux between 1994 and 1999.
