Alina Mitrica is a seasoned executive with over 15 years of experience in e-commerce, B2B, and international business management. Currently serving as CEO at theMarketer since April 2024, Alina is focused on empowering growth through email marketing and loyalty solutions. Alina's leadership roles also include CEO of Retargeting Biz, where strategic development of the forefront all-in-one e-commerce marketing platform in Romania is managed, alongside overseeing international operations across Romania, Greece, Hungary, and Bulgaria. As the founder of Made with Love Romania, Alina promotes reintegration of authentic handwoven rugs into contemporary design, preserving Romanian traditions. Previous roles include E-commerce, Corporate and Distribution Manager at Meli Melo, Sales and Marketing Manager at Optinova, Deputy General Manager at Yourhotels, and Plant Manager at Anima Fashion LGL. Alina holds a Master's degree in International Marketing & Management and a Bachelor's degree in International Relations and Affairs from Academia de Studii Economice din București.
