Deepali Vitra

Deepali Vitra is a Talent Management Associate at Retensa Employee Retention and serves as Director of Talent Management at Washington Square Management Consulting, both since May 2023. Additionally, Deepali works as a Research Assistant in the Human Capital Analytics lab at New York University, where significant contributions include modeling data from over a million remote job ads and conducting predictive analyses. A former Academic Editor at Cactus Communications, Deepali provided editorial feedback and mentored researchers in various fields. Currently pursuing a Master of Arts in Industrial and Organizational Psychology at New York University, Deepali also holds a Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology from the University of Mumbai.
