Praveena Sasidharan is the Founder and CEO of Retentia Technology Pvt Ltd, a company dedicated to digital marketing solutions that enhance online presence and drive sales, and of Lumibella Fashion, which specializes in quality jewellery accessories for women through its online store. With a background in human resources, Praveena served as HR Manager at Medsilo Pharmaceuticals Pvt Ltd and DR V R Group of Companies, and as Senior HR Generalist at Indium Software, overseeing recruitment for multiple locations. Praveena holds an MBA in Human Resources Management from Anna University Chennai and a BTech in Information Technology from Sathyabama University.
