Ashai Londhe has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. In 2017, they started their career as an Electronic Design Engineer at APTRON Solutions Private Limited. Ashai then moved on to work as a Communications System Engineer at Vipri Engineering Enterprises in India from 2018 to 2019. In 2020, Ashai joined upGrad as a Customer Success Associate, where they led various projects and initiatives, including mentoring learners pursuing a Global MBA and increasing student retention during the pandemic. Ashai Londhe completed a Master's of Management degree in Business Administration and Management from the Schulich School of Business at York University from 2021 to 2022. Prior to that, Ashai obtained a Bachelor of Technology degree in Electronics and communication from Medi-Caps University, where they studied from 2016 to 2020. Ashai's secondary education was completed at Little Angels High School from 2003 to 2014, where they obtained their SSC degree. In terms of additional certifications, Ashai obtained a Credit Card Fraud Analyst certification from Great Learning in September 2022, a Fundamentals of Digital Marketing certification from Google in August 2022, and a Corporate Strategy certification from the University of London in August 2021.
