Laura Thomson

Laura Thomson has worked in the homebuilding industry since 2003. Laura began their career with Lennar Homes as a Marketing Manager, where they were responsible for advertising placement, media schedules, model home merchandising and Realtor/Sales promotions. Laura then moved to David Weekley Homes in 2006, where they held the role of Marketing Manager. In this role, they developed annual marketing and P&L plans for 20+ communities in North Florida. Laura then moved to RentPath in 2007, where they were a Market Manager/Publisher and Senior Account Executive for Northeast Florida. In this role, they worked closely with developers, home builders, agencies and Realtors and was solely responsible for and managed all aspects of day-to-day operations. From 2007 to 2019, they worked as a Fractional Marketing Director at Santee Land Group. In 2021, they began working as an Internet Sales Advisor at David Weekley Homes and a Fractional Marketing Director at Retention Express LLC.

Laura Thomson holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Interdisciplinary Studies from Virginia Tech. Laura also attended Bishop O'Connell High School and the Center for European Studies and Architecture/ Steger Center for International Scholarship, where they studied European Studies, Architecture, History, Politics, and Language. Lastly, Laura attended the Florida Real Estate Institute.
