Fabiana Alcaino has a diverse work experience in the telecommunications industry. Fabiana is currently serving as the Chief Digital & Data Business Unit at Gruppo Retex since November 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Vodafone for a majority of their career, holding various positions such as Head of Digital Commercial Operations, Artificial Intelligence & Robotic Process Automation, Head of Artificial Intelligence, Head of Customer Product & Process Consumer, Head of Customer Product and Process Enterprise, Head of Fixed Service, and Video & Connected Home Manager. Before joining Vodafone, Fabiana was the Multimedia Interactive Television Development Manager at Fastweb from June 2000 to December 2009. Fabiana started their career at Vodafone IT as a Project Manager Corporate from 1998 to June 2000.
Fabiana Alcaino has a Laurea degree in Industrial Engineering from Politecnico di Milano and an ICAI Engineering degree from Universidad Pontificia Comillas.
