Prior to that, Królik was a Senior Partner at CTPartners S.A. and a Supervisory Board Member, Cofounder, CEO, Chief of Operations, Chief of Sales, Director of Consulting Services, and Consultant & Trainer at Infovide-Matrix. Królik's career started as a Programmer, Software Designer & Analyst in various companies and projects from September 1988 to December 1993. Królik received education from the University of Warsaw and Jagiellonian University.
