Michelle Gonzalez Gerth

Michelle Gonzalez Gerth is an experienced professional currently serving as a Customer Success Executive at RethinkEd since February 2023. In addition, Michelle co-hosts The Late Registration Podcast and founded Kidz Possible, an organization dedicated to providing neurodiversity-affirming social and executive functioning skills to children and teens. Prior experience includes significant roles as a Behavior Specialist, Project Manager, and Professional Learning Innovator at an Independent School District, where successful initiatives included developing a student-centered support framework and training over 1,000 educators in social-emotional and trauma-informed practices. Michelle has contributed to various conferences as a presenter and has a strong educational background with an MBA from Baker University and a Bachelor of Science in Social Work from Fort Hays State University.
