Roberta Scott

Roberta Scott, Ph.D., currently serves as Vice President of National Partnerships at RethinkEd since February 2023. In addition to this role, Roberta holds a position as Adjunct Professor at Texas Southern University since August 2018. Previous experience includes serving as Director of Social and Emotional Learning at Houston ISD from October 2017 to February 2023 and as a Clinical Assistant Professor at the Menninger Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences at Baylor from April 2019 to September 2020. Roberta has also worked as an Adjunct Professor at Ashford University from May 2015 to July 2018 and as a Safe and Secure Schools advisor for Harris County Department of Education from June 2016 to October 2017. Earlier roles include work at Baltimore County Public Schools from August 2015 to June 2016 and a long tenure in Curriculum and Instruction at Houston ISD from May 2004 to August 2015.
