John Roefaro

John Roefaro currently serves as Vice President of National Medicare Value-Based Contracting at Cigna Healthcare, where responsibilities include leading the national strategy and operations for Medicare risk-based partnerships, as well as overseeing financial and quality performance. Prior to this role, John was Regional Vice President of Contract Negotiations and Network Operations at Humana, where expansion of partnerships with major hospital systems and multispecialty groups was achieved. Previous positions include Regional Director of Network Negotiations and Operations at Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey, Director of Network Management & Operations at WellPoint, and Director of Medical Economics at EmblemHealth. John Roefaro holds an MBA in Finance from Seton Hall University and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Business/Management from Rutgers University.
