Daniel McNaney

Daniel McNaney is an experienced Product Design Manager currently at RethinkFirst, where responsibilities include overseeing product design since August 2025. Prior to this role, Daniel served as a Senior User Experience Designer at RethinkEd from January 2023 to August 2025 and at Learning Ally from January 2021 to January 2023. Daniel's career in user experience design began at Kaplan Test Prep, providing senior design services and managing UX responsibilities for significant projects. Daniel's extensive background also includes a long tenure at Manhattan Prep, where leadership in user experience and design initiatives contributed to the success of their digital education strategy. Daniel holds a Bachelor of Music in Music Theory and Composition from New York University, earned from 2003 to 2007.
