Christopher Hollinger

Christopher Hollinger is the current CFO at Rethink Food. Prior to that, they were a Managing Director at Blackwell Hollinger & Company LLC from January 2015 to May 2020. Christopher has also held the positions of Interim CFO for various middle market companies and Board of Advisors at CoderLoan from March 2014 to May 2015. In December 2013, they became a CFO Partner at Robert Patrick & Company and held that position until December 2014.

Throughout their career, Christopher has been focused on strategic CFO and value creation consulting services. Christopher has achieved many successes, including improving client company’s EBITDA by 164% year-over-year through revenue enhancement initiatives as well as effective expense management. Christopher has also developed scenarios to model different growth and expansion initiatives, led negotiations with potential outside investors and creditors related to capital raise, developed bonus incentive compensation plan and implemented the roll-out, and led, facilitated and oversaw the accounting, cash management, risk management, planning and analysis, treasury and investor/creditor relations functions. In addition, they have developed financial plans, projections and forecasts.

Christopher Hollinger has a Bachelor of Science in Corporate Finance and Investment Management from The University of Alabama and an MBA in Accounting and Finance from Vanderbilt University - Owen Graduate School of Management. Christopher is also certified from Badgr (now part of Instructure) in Argyle Speaker.
