Lisa Archer, an Associate member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD), currently serves as the Director of People & OD at Rethink Mental Illness since October 2023. Prior to this, Lisa held various roles at Cochrane, including Head Of Human Resources, where contributions included strategic recruitment and staff engagement. Lisa also worked at Amnesty International UK for over a decade, progressing from HR Coordinator to HR Partner, providing comprehensive HR support and advice. Experience includes consultative roles such as HR Consultant for Sentios Technology Ltd and HR Advisor at the Students' Union Royal Holloway University, where Lisa developed and established HR functions.
