Marcel Rozemberg

Marcel Rozemberg has extensive work experience in the finance and operations field. Marcel began their career at Crédit Agricole CIB as an Investment Analyst in the Private Banking division. Marcel excelled in their role, managing the investment desk and serving on the advisory and asset allocation committees.

After three years, Marcel moved to Direcional Engenharia, where they took on the role of Treasury Coordinator. Marcel successfully managed corporate debts and investment funds, implemented financial business intelligence tools, and oversaw the reimplementation of financial modules in the ERP system.

Marcel then joined JCM Consultores as a Financial Manager, where they were responsible for restructuring and leading the finance department. Marcel also provided strategic planning consulting services to the company.

Following this, Marcel became a Professor of Postgraduate Finance and Accounting at IPOG - Instituto de Pós-Graduação e Graduação. Marcel taught courses on these subjects from February 2019 to July 2021.

In 2020, Marcel joined Even Construtora as the Manager of Financial Operations and Partnerships. Marcel had a diverse range of responsibilities, including treasury management, structured corporate debt, financing for real estate projects, accounts payable and receivable, and managing partners and stakeholders. Marcel successfully led the reorganization of the team, as well as the systems and business intelligence restructuring using SAP and Power BI.

Most recently, Marcel has taken up the position of CFO at Rethink Tecnologia, where they currently manage the financial operations of the company.

Marcel Rozemberg has a diverse education history with a focus on business and management. In 2003 to 2005, they attended ETFG - Sebrae - MG and obtained a Technical High School degree in Business Administration. Marcel then pursued a Bachelor's degree in Economics at PUC Minas from 2007 to 2008. Continuing their education, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Faculdades Milton Campos between 2008 and 2012.

In 2009 to 2010, Marcel attended Disney University in Florida, USA, where they completed the International College Program with a specialization in Business. Later on, from 2013 to 2014, they enrolled in Ibmec and completed their Master in Business Administration (MBA) degree.

Marcel further enhanced their expertise by pursuing a post-graduate specialization at PUC Minas from 2018 to 2019. During this time, they studied Business Intelligence and Analytics (BI&A). In 2022, they completed the PDC - Programa de Desenvolvimento de Conselheiros at Fundação Dom Cabral.

Additionally, Marcel Rozemberg obtained the certification of Implantador Certificado - ERP SANKHYA in September 2019 from Sankhya Gestão de Negócios.
