Monique Altero

Monique Altero has a diverse work experience in various software engineering roles. Monique worked at Rethink as a Tech Lead, leading a mobile development team and overseeing technical scrum ceremonies. Monique also managed builds and deployment of applications. Prior to this, Monique worked as a Software Engineer at Esfera Santander, where they developed a reward app using React Native and automated tests. Monique also implemented a product showcase feature. Monique also worked at Raia Drogasil as a Software Engineer, focusing on code development for e-commerce mobile apps and conducting A/B testing experiments. Additionally, they have experience as a Software Engineer at Bitzar Solutions, where they collaborated on mobile app development projects and coordinated intern activities. Monique also served as an Ambassador for she++, organizing events and initiatives to empower underrepresented groups in technology. Monique started their career at Movement Fitness as a Software Engineer, working on fitness treadmill automation, and later as an intern, gaining valuable experience in software development. Finally, Monique worked as an intern at Boa Vista SCPC, where they conducted research, collaborated on various tasks, and created web scrapers using Ruby and Selenium.

From 2016 to 2019, Monique Altero attended UNIVEM - Centro Universitário Eurípides de Marília, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.
