Rini Greenfield

Co-Founder & Managing Partner at Rethink Food

Rini Greenfield is a Founding General Partner of Rethink Food and former co-founder of Adaptive Management, a Tiger Management in-house portfolio, where she helped pioneer the use of big data analysis and visualization to make fundamental long-term investments. Rini is also currently a Board Advisor for Novus Capital, a company focused on sustainability and social equity through technological innovation.

Rini has over a decade of experience investing in technology and consumer companies. She started her career developing a keen understanding of the global semiconductor and hardware industry which drove her to develop a strong global supply chain network with a particular focus on Asia. Rini sought out sectors that were at the tipping point of disruption through innovation, investing in wireless technologies, alternative energy, internet, media, e-commerce, software and others. Her investment scope broadened beyond the U.S. and Asia to the Middle East, Western Europe and Russia. She has extensive relationships with technologists, operators and investors worldwide.

She then expanded her repertoire to private companies. Rini spearheaded investments for a multi- billion-dollar single family office focused on early to growth stage consumer and technology companies with a social impact lens. Investments made during her tenure include one of the world’s largest ride sharing companies which is based in Asia.
