Helena Gospic

Helena Gospic currently serves as the Director of Talent Acquisition at Rethink, a position held since February 2023. Prior to this role, Helena was the Director of Recruiting at SALT XC from June 2022 to February 2023 and spent eight years at Klick, where positions included Director of Talent Strategy, Manager of Talent Acquisition, and Talent Acquisition Partner. Klick Health is recognized as the world’s largest independent digital-first health agency, specializing in solutions that engage healthcare providers and empower patients. Helena also worked as a Recruitment Consultant at IQ PARTNERS Inc., the leading Executive Search and Recruitment firm in Canada, and began a career in recruitment as a Recruiter/Sales Assistant at Marcus Evans in 2010. Helena holds a Bachelor of Science (Honors) in Biology from the University of Toronto and a Marketing Management Certificate from Humber College.
