Lauren Peduzzi

Lauren Peduzzi is a seasoned communications professional with extensive experience in client success and engagement consulting, currently serving at RethinkCare. Prior roles include Associate Director and Subject Matter Expert at Willis Towers Watson, where Lauren specialized in developing communication strategies for Health and Welfare benefits. Lauren founded Peduzzi Communications to assist organizations during critical events, with notable clients including the National Transportation Board and NetJets. At CSRA Inc., Lauren established the internal communications function post-merger and contributed significantly to SRA International's branding and internal communications during its IPO and M&A activities. Previous roles encompass Director of Communications at Sotera Defense Solutions, Director of Internal Communications at Citigroup Latin America, and Public Affairs Officer at the National Transportation Safety Board.
