Andrew Pachan

Andrew Pachan began their work experience as a Physical Therapist Technician at Low County Physical Therapy in 2007. Andrew worked directly with patients, implementing prescribed exercises and maintaining a sanitary facility. Andrew also proposed solutions to improve office organization and enhance team efficiencies. In 2012, Andrew worked as a Physical Therapist Assistant at Travel PTA, partnering with Physical Therapists to provide care for residents of multiple nursing and rehabilitation facilities. Andrew applied evidence-based practices and responded to client feedback for safety. In 2013, Andrew moved on to Reliant Rehabilitation, where they held various roles. Andrew started as the Director of Physical Therapy/Physical Therapist Assistant, leading rehabilitation services at a skilled nursing facility. Andrew was then promoted to Area Manager, responsible for excellence across eight therapy departments and enforcing compliance with policies and regulations. Finally, Andrew became the Regional Director of Operations, overseeing therapy departments across 14 skilled nursing facilities and managing a multimillion-dollar P&L. Andrew developed relationships with providers and ensured accountability in financial management. In 2023, Andrew became the Director of Clinical Operations at Retina Consultants of Texas.

Andrew Pachan attended Horry-Georgetown Technical College from 2010 to 2011, where they studied Physical Therapist Assistant. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) degree in Biology from Coastal Carolina University, graduating in 2009. In 2012, they received a certification as a Physical Therapist Assistant from the Texas Board Of Physical Therapy.
