Brie Otto serves as the Manager of Operations and Integration at Retina Consultants of America since September 2023, overseeing multiple initiatives across over 30 practices and 250 physicians nationwide. Prior experience includes managing operations at Total Eye Care, where responsibilities encompassed all aspects of a general ophthalmology clinic, and serving as Clinical Operations Manager at UT Southwestern Medical Center, where oversight extended to 40+ employees. Additional roles include Clinical Staff Supervisor at Eye-Q Vision Care, Department Supervisor at Eye Medical Center of Fresno, and Lead Tech/Surgical Coordinator at The Columbia River Eye Center. Brie Otto holds a Master’s degree in Health Care Administration from National University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Education from Whitman College.
