Randal A Serafini is the Co-Founder & COO at Retina Technologies. Randal has over three years of experience in the biotech industry and has held various positions in research and consulting. Prior to Retina Technologies, Randal was an equity consultant at AMP Biotech Research and a teaching assistant at The Johns Hopkins University. Randal has also worked as a cognitive behavioral therapist and program director at Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai.
