Renske van der Vlugt

Renske van der Vlugt is an experienced professional in talent acquisition and business management, currently serving as a Talent Acquisition Manager at both Retinai and Ikerian since January 2024. As the owner of RENSKI.ch since January 2019, Renske oversees sales, production, distribution, and customer relations, along with recipe and product development. Previous roles include Senior IT Recruiter at K2 Partnering Solutions, Manager at Premier Alpine Centre, Ski and Snowboard Instructor at Neige Aventure, Junior Consultant at Secretaresse Team Nederland, and Research Assistant at TNO Defence, Security and Safety. Renske holds a Master’s degree in Applied Cognitive Psychology from Utrecht University and a Bachelor’s degree in Clinical Neuropsychology from the University of Amsterdam, supplemented by nutrition studies at eCornell.
