Gary Fowler

Gary Fowler has extensive experience in leadership roles within the real estate and financial sectors, culminating in a retirement in December 2023. Notably, Gary served as President and Senior Vice President at Dayrise Residential, LLC, from July 2017 to January 2024. Prior to this, Gary was a Partner and Certified Business Transition Expert™ at B2B CFO®, where strategic business planning and financial advisory for emerging and mid-market companies were key responsibilities. Additional experience includes serving as Executive Vice President at Arcadian Real Estate Group and Chief Financial Officer at Greystar, among other positions. Gary holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Texas State University, earned between 1984 and 1988.
