Stephanie Titus, M.B.A., CFRE has a strong professional background in philanthropy and development. Stephanie began their career in 2000 as the Director of Development at the University of California, Riverside. Stephanie then served as the Director of Annual Giving at Concordia University, Irvine from 2003 to 2005. Stephanie later joined California State University-San Bernardino as the Director of Development from 2005 to 2009. Stephanie then transitioned to Hillview Acres Children's Home, where they held the position of Vice President of Development from 2009 to 2010.

Stephanie's leadership in fundraising continued as they became the Vice President of Philanthropy at Retirement Housing Foundation in 2013, a role they held until 2022. During their tenure, they also served as the Director of Charitable Giving from 2011 to 2013 and then was promoted to the position of Chief Strategy Officer & Vice President of Philanthropy in June 2022.

Stephanie's dedication to philanthropy expanded beyond Retirement Housing Foundation when they took on the role of President at RHF Charitable Foundation in 2015. With their valuable experience and expertise, Stephanie has demonstrated their ability to drive successful philanthropic strategies and make a positive impact in the organizations they have served.

Stephanie Titus has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of California, Riverside. Stephanie also holds a Master of Business Administration degree from the same university. In 2006, they obtained the certification of Certified Fund Raising Executive (CFRE) from CFRE International.
