Kyle Dilday

Kyle has worked in the long-term care industry since 1982. For 5 years, he was serving as a nursing home administrator in free-standing nursing communities. In 1987, he began his career in the continuing care retirement field with Springmoor Life Care Retirement Community. He has experience as a skilled nursing administrator, as well as Associate Director at Springmoor prior to becoming the Executive Director where he served from 1996-2008. Past experience in the management of skilled nursing communities, assisted living communities and continuing care communities allows Kyle to bring years of knowledge regarding management and operations in the area of long-term care and retirement to RLA. In his role as VP of Management/Operations, Kyle works with the Executive Directors/Administrators of the communities managed by RLA to assure continued superior quality services are provided to the residents they serve.
