Maggie Keithley

Maggie Keithley has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Maggie is currently Vice President of Program Development, Management, and Operations at PHEAA, a position they have held since January 2023. Prior to that, Maggie was the Director of Program Integrity and Consumer Advocacy and the Enterprise Consumer Advocate at PHEAA from March 2020 to the present. From April 2019 to March 2020, they served as the Director of Program Integrity and Shared Support Services at PHEAA. Maggie's earlier roles at PHEAA include Program Integrity Manager for State Grant and Special Programs, a position they held from July 2015 to April 2019.

Before joining PHEAA, Maggie worked at Colorado Technical University, where they served as a Senior Admissions Team Lead from June 2013 to May 2015 and as a Doctorate Advisor from June 2010 to June 2013. Prior to that, they had experience in the real estate industry, working as a Realtor at Coldwell Banker Jame C Otton Real Estate from February 2004 to May 2009.

Maggie's earlier work experience includes Manager at PJ Ryans Stone Harbor from September 2002 to 2007 and Dining Room Manager at Kipper'Z from 2000 to 2002.

Maggie Keithley is currently an EdD candidate in Organizational Leadership at Grand Canyon University, a program they have been enrolled in since 2017 and is expected to complete in 2022. Prior to pursuing their doctorate, they earned an MBA in Business Administration, Management, and Operations from Colorado Technical University in 2016. In 2014, they completed a Master's degree in Organizational Behavior, also from Colorado Technical University. Before their graduate education, Maggie obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Management from Colorado Technical University in 2012. Maggie began their higher education journey by obtaining an Associate of Science degree in Fashion/Apparel Design from The Art Institutes in 1998. Additionally, Maggie has a background in Political Science and Government, having studied at Saint Joseph's University in 1994-1995, although no degree was specified for this period of study. Maggie has also obtained two certifications, one in Social Behavioral Research for Students and another in RCR for Social and Behavioral Science Doctoral Learners, both from the CITI Program, A Division of BRANY.
