Shanna Nichols

Shanna Nichols is a Client Services Advisor and Administrative Assistant at Retirement Planners of America since July 2023. Prior experience includes serving as a Dispatcher for the City of Lewisville, where management of over 50 daily emergency calls was achieved with a 99% success rate. Shanna also spent 15 years at LITTLE ELM ISD as a 5th Grade teacher, developing curriculum that resulted in significant improvements in student performance. Previous roles include an Adult Basic Education/GED Instructor at Howard College and an Educational Aide at Bangs ISD. Early in Shanna's career, an Executive Secretary position involved assisting over 150 clients in navigating various issues. Shanna holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Interdisciplinary Elementary Education from Howard Payne University.
