Staley Shiller has extensive experience in leadership and sales across various industries, currently serving as a Board Member for the Plano Symphony Orchestra and the Immediate Past President of NAIFA - Dallas. Staley holds the position of Marketing Partner at Retirement Planners of America and is the Owner and Insurance Agent at THEOS Financial Services, specializing in life, health, and long-term care insurance. Previous roles include a decade-long tenure at New York Life Insurance Company and significant positions in sales management at Platinum Intelligent Data Solutions and The MedLeh Group, where skills in business growth and team management were developed. Staley's early career included being the President and Owner of a medical spa, along with a leadership role in the non-profit sector as State Director for Best Buddies International. Staley earned a B.A. in Psychology from Austin College.
