Peggi Douglass

Peggi Douglass is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in strategic planning, change management, and business-IT alignment. Throughout a distinguished career at the Retirement Systems of Alabama from 1970 to 2007, Peggi held various roles, including Software Development Manager and IT Director, where responsibilities included overseeing IT operations, budgeting, and implementing innovative technology solutions. Additionally, Peggi served as a Senior IT Consultant at Auburn Montgomery and has been actively involved in special projects since retirement from RSA in 2008. Educational achievements include an MBA in Business/IT and a BSBA in Information Systems from Auburn Montgomery, complemented by a brief period of study at Jacksonville State University.
