Anita McDermott

Anita McDermott is a seasoned sales consultant with extensive experience in property sales and management within the retirement and affordable housing sectors. Currently serving as a Sales Consultant at Retirement Villages Group Ltd since October 2020, Anita oversees the complete customer journey for retirement village properties, both new builds and pre-owned. Prior roles include Market Rent Programme Manager and Disposals Programme Manager at Midland Heart, as well as Sales and Marketing Manager positions at asra Housing Group and Countrywide Estate Agents. With a foundational career starting in the real estate sector in the United States, Anita has cultivated a keen expertise in customer service, sales strategy, and relationship management, backed by a BA (Hons) in Business Studies from De Montfort University and a Real Estate Licensure from Tri-State Real Estate School.
