Sean Heisler

Sean Heisler is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in revenue operations and business management across multiple industries. Currently serves as the Revenue Operations Lead for Demand Generation at Retool since June 2023 and co-owns Island Circus Space while also instructing aerial silks and rope. Previously held significant roles including Operations Advisor at Air Space Intelligence, VP of Operations at DataGrail, and was the first Revenue Operations hire at Hex Technologies where strategic frameworks were developed to support company growth. Additional experience includes leading operations at Domino Data Lab and Node.io, and managing development projects at GableCraft Homes. Sean holds an MBA from Cambridge Judge Business School and a Bachelor of Applied Science from The University of British Columbia.
